Yes most items do come with warranty but also there are also items which don't and conditions vary according to the seller. We advise you to read the offer note of the listed item carefully, to know more details and to ensure it does come with warranty, and any associated conditions. Also the warranty does not cover any user-damage.

International Shipping Warranty and Repair - for customers who bought the item from outside the UAE and had it delivered to their home country


To have your item repaired or serviced under warranty and you live outside the United Arab Emirates, the process is fairly simple. 

  1. Call our customer support number (+971)-4-437 0900.
  2. An email will be sent from the customer support team to you containing a return AWB and a shipping invoice.
  3. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box, pass the shipment with the AWB and Invoice to the closest Aramex office. 
  4. Item will be inspected. If the terms apply, The item will be repaired. If we are not able to repair the item, we will offer a refund based on the warranty team feedback.
